The Kinshasa School of Public Health (KSPH) is part of the University of Kinshasa (UNIKIN) and operates under the umbrella of the Faculty of Medicine. The Kinshasa school of public health is a center of excellence in public health training and research

KSPH Vision is to be a center of excellence that provides public health training, research and community services at the national, regional and international level, so as to contribute to the improvement of the health and well-being of the population in the region.

At present, KSPH has thirteen (13) members of faculty engaged in teaching, research and providing consultancy services. KSPH has four departments; namely; Epidemiology and Biostatics, Health Management, Nutrition, Community Health and Environmental Sciences. KSPH currently offers a one year Masters in Public Health (MPH) program, a 15-month Masters in Health Economics, and a 2-years Executive MPH program. Most of the operations and programs run at KSPH are supported by among others, USAID through Tulane University, The Belgian Technical Cooperation, WHO, EU, and CORDAID, a Dutch foundation.
